Minji Ong
CEO

Minji is the Co-founder and CEO of Exceptional. bringing his years of experience from his other firms like Beyond Marketers, Inc. (USA), Continental Investment Services Pte Ltd (SG), and Inttree, LLP (SG).

Minji is the strategic beacon for team, spear heading the creation of innovative products and services for Exceptional.


Daniel Ong
General Manager

Daniel Ong Is the Co-founder and GM Of Exceptional, bringing with nearly 5 Years Of Accounting, HR and Client Service experience.

Daniel currently handles all aspects Of marketing strategy and sales initiatives for Exceptional Pte Ltd, in addition to in-house marketing.


Luke
Sales & Biz Dev

Luke handles Business Development for Exceptional. He previously led the sales and client servicing at Gatecrash before that.

Luke received his degree in IT from University of Wollongong in 2007, and also has a Diploma in IT from Nanyang Polytechnic.


Daniel Tang
Technology

Daniel Tang is Exceptional’s IT Project Manager and is in charge of the technology and development work of the company.

Daniel has been the Chief Architect for Exceptional, planning and developing the innovative systems on which the firm leverages on.


Audrey
Client Service

Audrey is Exceptional's Client Service Executive. She has arts industry background, specializing in management of the arts in various aspects, from events management to PR.

Audrey brings with her experience from her previous role in arts management companies.

Tedd Joselson

Born in Antwerp, Tedd Joselson’s literally burst onto the international music scene at the age of 16, with his performance of Prokofiv’s Second Piano Concerto in New York. It marked the beginning of his astonishing career which has taken him to every corner of the globe. He quickly became - and remained - one of the most sought after performers regularly appearing with every important symphonic ensemble and conductor.

He retired from public performance in 1997 and now resides in Singapore where he spends much of his time preparing outstanding young pianists from around the world for careers in music. He gave his 300th performance in 1997, and shortly thereafter came to Singapore where he is known as it “adopted son”.


Chan Kwai Sum

Chan Kwai Sum graduated with Honors in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore (NUS). He is one of the founders of UAN - the first of its kind in the industry to connect thousands of creative people for extraordinary ends for the objectives of art, commerce and/or charity. He created and produced the “Touch” Annual Series of Concerts at the NUS Piano Ensemble, as well as the “Eighty Eight” series with the Victoria Piano Ensemble which he formed. Apart from UAN, Kwai Sum currently runs the Next Stage Performing Arts Academy by devising courses and programs for the Academy.
